Our group took a Krav Maga self‑defense class at Longoria’s Tactical Martial Arts in Lincoln with Rudy Longoria, and it ended up teaching us way more than we expected. We started with the basics, like how to stand in a solid fight stance and keep our balance, and then moved into different kinds of kicks, punches, and elbow strikes. Rudy walked us through how each move could be used in a real situation, which made everything feel practical instead of intimidating. We also practiced combining the techniques, so we could see how they flow together when you’re trying to protect yourself. By the end, we all felt more confident, more aware of our surroundings, and honestly surprised by how capable we were after just one session.
